Lodging

Stone Mountain Lodge has a longstanding commitment to cleanliness and safety for our employees and guests. We continue this commitment during the public health crisis. We are adhering to health and safety guidelines as well as best practices for the hotel industry, in accordance with CDC guidelines during the “re-opening phase” of the economy. It is anticipated that these guidelines and protocols will evolve based on the recommendations of public health authorities and must be done in compliance with any federal, state and local laws.

We will be following the procedures below:

Front Desk:

due to the nature of our intimate front desk/lobby area it is difficult to practice social distancing measures, therefore we are keeping our office closed to the public. Please contact staff before, during, and after your stay by phone or email as much as possible. You can meet with staff outside of the office when necessary.

  • Key drop check-in/check-out procedures

  • Front desk will call the day of your reservation to give specific check-in procedures

  • Guest can contact staff for assistance by calling our 24-hour emergency line provided at check-in

When our front desk/lobby area does open later in the year we will adhere to the strictest guidance for the hotel industry.
