Wedding Walk Through Information
These documents are used to assist us during your on-site walk-through. We make use of the information you provide us to help make your event go smoothly. An on-site walk though is needed before your event. It is best done about 2 weeks before the wedding. Wedding Walk-through Information Sheet - This sheet is used as our guide to provide to us specific information about your event. This allows us to do advanced set up of furniture, and allocate our staff accordingly. It also helps our staff provide the best possible support for your event on the day of the event. Things such as showing your caterer where to set up, showing your DJ where electrical is available at the ceremony area, directing parking, other assistance to any of your venders, and a lot of other behind the scene details.Reception Tent Set-up for up to 100 Guests - This is a suggested set up for 100 guests. Use this diagram as a starting point, and indicated specific changes for your guest count and preferences. Reception Tent Set-up for up to 150 Guests - Same as above for 150 guests. Use this diagram for events with over 100 guests. Ceremony Area Set-up - This is a diagram of the Ceremony Area so that specific set up instructions can be penciled-in. Garden Area Set-up - This is a diagram of the Garden Area so that specific set up instructions can be penciled-in. Wedding Day Reminders - This list outlines the responsibilities expected before, during and after an event. This must be signed. Other Helpful Document: Wedding Day Information - General information useful for whomever may be assisting on your wedding day. List of Furniture available For Events - This is a complete list of available furniture for the reception tent. This document also has a chart for determining needed tables based on the number of guests. Ceremony Circular Seating Setup Chart - This is a table indicating the number of seats per row for seating to be set up in a circular pattern near the arbor. This guide is used by our staff to set up the chairs for the ceremony. Damage and Clean-up Assessment - Used to itemize damage and extra cleaning charges.
