There's nothing like outdoor Colorado weddings in the mountains. Imagine saying your wedding vows with a lush green backdrop, ducks swimming across the pond, and towering red cliffs. The Stone Mountain Lodge property offers this most unique setting for your special Colorado wedding.
After your ceremony, your guests can walk around the pond and over to our custom designed reception tent. You will be overlooking the pond with a unique view of the red cliffs. You can have a DJ, but there is also room to consider more unique entertainment, like a bluegrass band, a jazz band, or a classical string quartet. Our unique front range location makes it convenient to have your outdoor wedding in the Colorado mountains without being too far away. And don't worry, if it rains, your ceremony can be set up in the tent, just in case. We have various wedding packages to suit your specific needs. We now support indoor receptions too! Choose one of our cabins to get ready for the wedding, and stay for your first night or honeymoon. Consider one of our Romance packages. Our rooms and cabins can accommodate your out of town guests right on the property with the same country setting, yet so close to the Denver Metro area, and convenient to Denver International Airport. And of course, your family can stay longer for a fun vacation or family reunion.
We are known for family reunions too. Consider a wedding weekend with activities over multiple days, combining your wedding with the festivities of a family reunion, and a union of two families! Being in the mountains near Boulder, Colorado and Estes Park gives at lot of options.
We would also love to help out with your wedding coordination via our trusted event partners, who know how to make your outdoor wedding at Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins a success. Outdoor Colorado weddings are simply the best! Wedding Event Options Our Wedding Season extends from the last weekend in April through the third weekend in October. You may keep your wedding simple, or make it as elegant as you would like. For a small affair on a budget, our sheltered group garden area may be adequate. For larger affairs, there is plenty of room in our spacious reception tent. There is a practical limit of about 160 persons. Larger events up to 200 persons are possible with special arrangements. Take a look at a diagram of the wedding site area and more pictures to help visualize how your wedding at Stone Mountain Lodge could be an event special to you. Our custom designed reception tent is completely equipped with tables and chairs. The tent is fully carpeted and has a wood dance floor. The tent can be fully enclosed or opened up. It has full lighting and elegant chandeliers.
You can arrange for catering and anything else you would like, based on our preferred vendor list.
