We want your Wedding to be Fabulous! Please review the following information
carefully! And contact us with any questions you may have.

Deposit - A
50% deposit for a Wedding Package and Options is due at reservation time.
The total balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Whoever makes the
deposit will be responsible for the balance of payment. Your Wedding Event
will not be reserved until deposits are received. Deposit may be via Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Certified Funds, or Local Check with 2 Ids .

Cancellation -
Deposits for a Wedding Event will be forfeited for cancellation within 90 days
of Event. Within 90 days, if the Package or Options are reduced, your deposit is
subject to partial forfeiture.

Payment - The
total balance for a Wedding Package and Options is due 30 days prior to the
event. Whoever made the deposit will be responsible for the balance of payment.
Payment may be in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or in
Certified Funds.

Upgrades -
Adding Options may be done up to 30 days prior to the Wedding Day with a 50%
deposit. After 30 days, additional Options must be paid in full and are
non-refundable. (Options are subject to availability).

Number of Guests
- There may be no more than 150 guests in Attendance without express written
permission. Please let Stone Mountain
Lodge staff know of your expected number of guests 7 days prior to the Wedding
(unless we are contracting your catering).

Hours - In 2007,
your use
of the Reception and Ceremony Sites are for the Entire Day of your Wedding (from
9am to 11pm). In 2008, Saturdays will be split to offer a mid-day and an evening
event, though the Entire Day is an option. Other days will still offer you the
Entire Day. Please see 2008 wedding package
descriptions for information. After 9 pm please limit music volume to be respectful of our other
guests, (unless you have booked the entire property).

Cleaning - You
are responsible for cleaning up the Reception Site. If you or your caterer does
not clean up the Reception Site, you will be charged $25 per staff-hour for
Lodge Staff to clean up.

Wedding Vendors
- If you arrange for vendors such as Caterers, Musicians, Photographers, etc.,
have the vendors contact Stone Mountain Lodge prior to the Wedding Day to
arrange for parking & setup.

Alcohol - If you
are not using a licensed/insured bartender to serve alcoholic drinks, your
intended bartender must sign a waiver with the Lodge indicating that the bartender
is over age 21, will check Ids, and must agree not to drink alcohol. Alcohol
must be poured by the bartender. You may not
have a cash bar. Alcohol must be provided by an outside
vendor.

Toss-Its - Your
guests may throw rice, grass seed, bread crumbs, or flower petals after the
Wedding. These are all fine for the ducks and the property. Bubbles are OK too!
