AccommodationsStone Mountain Lodge and Cabins has unique 2 bedroom , 1 bedroom, and studio cabins built in the 1950's and before. Our affordable lodge rooms are comfortable with their own country charm. And, there is a small campground tucked away by the pond.
All units are air conditioned, have cable TV, free Denver metro phone service and high speed wireless internet access. There is also a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffeemaker. Some lodge rooms and most of our cabins have kitchens. Kitchen units have kitchen supplies. All units are non-smoking. Linens and pool towels are provided. Pets are welcome in the campground, and in most units, for an extra fee.

All cabins have their own mountain views. Each cabin is furnished with dishes, glasses, flatware and appropriate cookware. Most cabins have fireplaces. Lodge Rooms The lodge building is an old motel that dates back to the 1960's. It is quaint, and will slow you down and bring you back to a time gone by. The rooms in our lodge building have been updated with comfortable furnishings and various types of artwork. Unlike chain hotels, each room is different. Some rooms have some of the original knotty pine furniture from the 1960's. Our guests really enjoy the simple charm and country atmosphere.
Since the lodge faces west, a nearly daily event is the sunset. You will enjoy sitting outside watching the sky paint a picture over the Colorado Rockies. If you take a short walk, perhaps by the pool or the pond, and look to the East, you will see our sandstone cliffs glow red as the sun goes down.

Each unit has a private bath with shower and easy parking. Rooms will sleep from 2 to 4 people. Room 11 is a 3 room suite with 2 double beds in the bedroom and a full sofa sleeper in the front room. Our small campground is available off-season (early Oct - late April) depending on the weather, and during the summer season (late April - early Oct) depending on our scheduled events and pond area use. During the summer season, the campsites are generally located near the reception tent, and are generally more limited. Note - We do not accept advanced reservations for summer season camping unless it is part of an event that rents the entire property or the entire pond area, and is authorized by the event coordinator. Tents, pop-ups, and small RV's may be accommodated. Electric hookups are also available. Please Note: We are not a typical RV park, and cannot accommodate large RV's, motor homes or 5th wheels over 25 feet in total length. Campground Summary
